I figured out how to let Mr. Brotch let me fill in my own tag skills. I've never liked "answer the questions and here's what your character will be like" quizzes...I didn't like them in Ultima 4 and I haven't liked them in any other game. So I skipped the GOAT.

Jukebox technician the first time for my good character.
Shift supervisor the second time for my evil character.

Fry Cook, each and every time.
Definitely thought it was rigged for the longest time.

It does that regardless. If you complain to the teacher after the test he'll let you tag different skills.

I think something along the lines of an engineer. Oh boy I had fun with that. (no wonder there were so many problems with security)

Vault chaplain, I was not impressed. So I made sure when I broke out that the GOAT examiner was dead.

PIP-Boy repair dude. That actually worked out really well for me n'all; I was doing a Cyber-Punk character specialising in Science, Energy Weapons and Medicine. I got Hand to Hand as opposed to Energy but had the tutor change it for me (like the rascally punk I was). Later in the game; when I'd amassed a collection of Cyber-Punk Perks, I liked to think that his past as a PIP-Boy repair dude was the basis of all his knowledge.

I think Fallout 3 is one of the best role playing games to date. Unfortunately, it looks like New Vegas is gonna suck some serious balls...

Well, I picked all the 'right' answers to convince them to give me more freedom, concealing my true nature...

Can't remember what it was exactly though.

Mine was a scientist type thing, possibly a doctor. My first character was good, so not a bad descision, however, I found out you could skip it and choose your stats at the door so I never did it again.
It's also the sign of a true geek that I remember this over a year later
