When I was younger I broke a glass because I was so pissed off at a level in Sonic and Knuckles.

I used to game with a guy who at one point went by under the name of "Angry" if that gives you any kind of indication as to how he was. I believe at one point the tally was 4 joysticks, 2 monitors, 19 mice and about 12 keyboards either broken, thrown out the window or otherwise. I remember a time we were playing DCX or DCFX when he had been repeatedly hit mid air by a PGM (player guided missile) SCUD... after the 3rd time he said over vent "Guys, I'll be right back... I gotta run to circuit city to get a new joystick". Good times.

One of the giant xBox "Duke" controllers.

Reason: Alma. Hard. One Potion. Rage.

Nothing - I have a temper and games can often infuriate me, but I'm still vaguely capable of seeing that I'll be more pissed off if I then break something and can't carry on playing.

hehe when I get mad I (try) to twist my xbox controller, feel free to laugh at my hopeless attempts to calm myself down.

I've never broken a controller before, but I did get so pissed at CoD:WaW on veteran that I took the disk out of the console, tossed it in my microwave and hit "popcorn". It felt good seeing it sizzle at first, then I felt stupid, so I went out and got a cheap(er) copy

I have wrecked a joystick or 2 when i was still a kid. In the last years i once wrecked a keyboard and one time i destroyed a chair. Wasn't so much the game that made me rage, but it was the trigger though. Once that sank in, i was cured from all ragefits ever.
If a game frustrates me, i just stop playing and find something else to do nowadays.

Few PS2 controllers, one PS3 one, but I did have a 'Noooooooooooooooooo' moment as I saw £40 flying across the room. Also tried to break a 360 controller but I swear those things are built out of adamantium or something.

I do know a guy who stabbed his laptop screen repeatedly with a scuba diving knife, although he does have ADHD....

EDIT: Just in case it seems like I also may have ADHD, I haven't broken anything in about 2 yrs, just to clear that up
you really don't know what ADHD is do you? your description of it is very very wrong I'm afraid

OT: I don't usually get mad, I just get frustrated so I just put on some music I like and go surf the web before I come back and play some more. or I go play a game I can win

Usually, it's whatever unfortunate controller that ends up in my hands. Back in the days of the GameCube, I would throw the controller against the floor, and got some decent bounce off of a few of them. Durable as they were, they would only last a few of these. I'm pretty sure somewhere in some landfill there are a more than a few controllers with my fingerprints on 'em.

I'm better at it now, and only throw controllers into soft objects, like overstuffed couches. Still need to cut down on the anger, though.
