lol I was playing Guitar hero 3 and one of the buttons was faulty on the guitar this had been going on all week so I think it was accumulated rage from the whole week I failed (cant remember the song now this was about a year ago) a really hard song anyway that I should have beaten this happened like 3 times in a row and while I was fighting the urge to smash the guitar against the wall I was squezing it so tight that the fuckin thing snapped clean in two in my hands! I was left with two pieces held together by the wire inside the controller. I learned a lesson that day.. never ever make the controller an extension of your rage.

3 keyboards, 2 mouses, cellphone, monitor, few mugs, speakers (they stoped working so they were broke anyway) and made a huge hole in the wall

My S-key occasionally comes off, the plastic broke off (a bit) when I attacked my keyboard over disappointment in my TF2 team.

Few PS2 controllers, one PS3 one, but I did have a 'Noooooooooooooooooo' moment as I saw £40 flying across the room. Also tried to break a 360 controller but I swear those things are built out of adamantium or something.

I do know a guy who stabbed his laptop screen repeatedly with a scuba diving knife, although he does have ADHD....

EDIT: Just in case it seems like I also may have ADHD, I haven't broken anything in about 2 yrs, just to clear that up
you really don't know what ADHD is do you? your description of it is very very wrong I'm afraid

OT: I don't usually get mad, I just get frustrated so I just put on some music I like and go surf the web before I come back and play some more. or I go play a game I can win
Yeah I do, it's an attention disorder with the tendency for a short temper. So not being able to concentrate on the task in hand leads to failing, which in turn leads to anger.....
your right about the lack of focus, but it's not necessarily characterized by a short temper. while ADHD can be extremely frustrating and annoying it's not necessarily a cause of anger that's much more likely rooted in your friend. I have ADHD as well as my brother and he has a short temper because that's how he is. I don't, I get frustrated but I don't get mad like he does. Also most cases of ADHD people simply grow out of or are easily controllable with medication. Which, is actually useful when diagnosed correctly.

So while your friend may get angry really easily doesn't mean that because he has ADHD he gets mad it's just another part of him that probably should get worked on.

I once put a hunting knife-shaped hole in my wall, but I haven't really broken anything in anger.

I've actually punched a few holes in my drywall. Broke a few plasma screens. Destroyed a Lap Top.Broke a Chair. Broke a Table. It felt good to finally break something. I've never done anything like that in a while though, Ever since I quit gaming.

Erm, my patience, my spirit, my sense of humor, my respect for humanity, do you still want me to elaborate?

My Video Card went bust and I thought it was the monitor 'cos the comp was pretty new so I replaced the monitor with parents, still didn't work so that monitor...erm, fell onto a plank of wood at high speed in a manner of speaking, parents raged and by time I figured it was the Video card they had taken my monitor in payment, had to wait 3 months to get a new one.
Other than that major one, just a cracked 360 controller ( that still works (Y) ) and chipped wall.

Broke 4 PS2 controllers by getting so tense they snapped in my hands...

I also threw my original Xbox out my window as well. Fortunately that still worked. Those things were damn sturdy. Wish 360 was that sturdy rather than breaking by simply touching it.

I stopped throwing controllers when they became wireless and I lost one for a couple days after throwing it and it landed in my closet, which is very messy and unorganized. I also caught myself once before I threw my PSP. That could have been bad.
