The Bad: Thorntons Chocolates. Never really been one for chocolates, but I'm pleased that the friend who brought it brought the good stuff rather than some haribo or crap

The Ugly: A Renos.JM trojan virus

My aunt brought me the Sims 3 World Adventures. Except she got it off some cheap-ass knockoff site, which, infuriatingly, was actually more expensive than GODDAMN AMAZON.COM

Anyhoo, it was an imported Asian Pacific version, which I didn't realise (thinking back, the PC logo was wrong) at the time. I installed it, and it obviously didn't understand the UK version's "language" of sorts. It assumed I wasn't updated, as that's all a CD can grasp in terms of sentience

It tried to update itself, and sort of cyber-panicked and grabbed the nearest thing it could find to an update...which was a trojan

Now me and my dad are fighting into the night to burn it out of the little hole it's set itself up into

Really i've a slight bit of virus trouble today myself, fought off the hordes with my pals Spyware Doctor and Search and Destroy but it's not usually this active, are all the bitter super nerds deciding to be scrooges this year and just infecting the internet left and right out of spite?
