I got some socks, boxers, t-shirts, sweaters, jeans, a jacket, coat-hangers, a butter knife, an egg slicer, a whisk and a weather station.
My sister got some drills, a tool set, a tool belt, gloves, new tires, hubcaps, windscreen wipers and a pair of sturdy boots.
The best thing we each got was the delicious food that our mom prepared for us though.
Meatballs, sausages (prince-sausages), potatoes, eggs, pickled herrings (sill), janssons temptation (janssons frestelse), beetroot salad, smoked salmon and lutefisk.
All served with the traditional Julöl (beer) and Julmust (soft drink).
Well, the food and the fact that we got some snow at last.
Snow is a must for christmas, although I'd prefer if it melted again after new years.

Just a bunch of random computer stuff (a new gaming mouse, a few fans, and some case LEDs), a NERF gun (because I'm fun like that), various amounts of chocolate, a new iPod case and earphones to replace my old broken ones, and Alien: Isolation which has been running for the past 4 hours yet I have done very little with due to my Brother coming back to visit.

I got a Wii U. Between my desktop & Wii U, I'm basically good as far as current-gen gaming goes.
In a way, kind of the best thing(s) ever.

Not just because they're awesome/cute, but well... Let's just say my family knows about as much about gaming as a fish knows of skydiving so it's been a controversial topic at best since as long as I can remember. Therefore, I feel especially the zergling/baneling physically represents something of a breakthrough in that field: my family is not fond of it, think it's kind of creepy, but got it for me anyway because *I* said I *did* like it. And they realized that in the end, that's the only part in that equation that matters.
Granted, I still had to pick, order and (initially) pay for them myself. But I can't very well expect people who wouldn't know call of duty from pac-man to somehow figure out my gaming tastes now can I? Better yet, they even managed to still make it somewhat of a surprise by re-wrapping the package as soon as it arrived and telling me it hadn't been delivered yet!
Oh and the zergling may give them the creeps, but even they were surprised by how much they liked the fairy dragon.
So yeah, as Christmas presents past the age of 16 go, these (and by extension this whole Christmas) are easy contenders for best so far!

I'm working 3rd now so I was hoping maybe day blinds, but no. So WTH, reciprocate. I had a shade over $200 to spend and it was well spent if I do say so. Anyway, this is the start of my upgrade project. Next is saving $1500 for my ideal PC build.

My mum got me a massive Hello Kitty teddy, a hand knitted Hello Kitty, a Hello Kitty nightlight, a Hello Kitty cup, a Frozen tin full of marshmallows, novelty superhero toilet roll, Emily the Strange (didn't know they still sold it) bath set, A little drink of Bailey's and a glass, a waving Chinese cat, Aristocats on DVD, some pyjamas and chocolates.

I bought myself a two moth subscription to SW:TOR. That's about it, and even that made me second-guess a few times, but I am having fun with it (I like how I can pretty much solo the entire game and the story and voice-acting still makes it worth it), so all is fine. I might get some clothes from the extended family and maybe a few bucks as well, but all things considered the best part about this Christmas was the food. It was about time I got some much-needed protein into my diet.

Anyway, I got some games (Dragon Age: Inquisition and WWE 2K15 for Xbox One; Bayonetta 1+2 and Super Smash Bros for Wii U), some Blu-Rays (The Lego Movie, Guardians Of The Galaxy, Captain America: Winter Soldier and Thor: Dark World), a couple of DVDs (Arrow Season 2 and The Blacklist Season 1) and a Hull City top (I'm not a particularly big fan, but an ex-Dundee United - the team I do support - player moved there in the summer), Then there was some smaller stuff like chocolates and the like.

My only complaint is that I also got the gift of some annoying virus so I've felt like shit for the past few days (which has included my brother's birthday 2 days ago, and since it shows no sign of halting, my sister's birthday tomorrow) D:
My parents gave me $150, and I've spent most of that on music already. I also got a couple shirts and about $50 from other family, and that $50 will probably go to eating out and/or going to movies with friends. Well, I guess I might also buy a game or two for my 3DS, but at the moment, I'm more concerned about completing the games I have rather than getting any new ones.
Socks, it was nothing but bloody socks again from three separate parties, this is probably the tenth time they did that already. And at this point I am beyond pretending it is in any way a good gift.
The real kicker was that while we would always have great food when the family came together for the holidays this year we got jack shit, there was maybe one plate of cookies total in the entire house. So today I actually had to go out to buy myself some cookies and a legit gift so things half way resembled some kind of special occasion.

My dad got me $100.00 worth of Steam Wallet cards which is perfect because of the sale going on and also a book of collected poems from TS Eliot. My sister got me a dual PS4 chargers.

I probably won't be playing it until May or something when I'm not going to be stupid busy. By that time everything should be patched. Besides, I have a bunch of downloadable games I need to play after my gift card spending spree.
