Yesterday I had a cod fillet with salad. Damn those carbs in your picture look tasty !!
lol, right ^^

I invented a new dish, Pan fried Tilapia and Cut Green Beans with Country Gravy
Tilapia = 80 calories
Can o' Beans - 40 calories (whole can!)
Country Gravy - 40 calories (if you licked the plate clean)

Still 300 calories less than a 6 inch Veggie Delight sub from SubWay.

Walnut cranberry salad:

Spring greens, dried cranberries, raisins, chopped walnuts, grilled chicken, gorgonzola cheese crumbles with a balsamic vinegrette dressing. Deeeeeeelicious.

Cheese on Toast (that went all soggy) and some Heinz tomato soup.
Just the type of culinary skills that I'm going to be relying on in my first year of University. I think I'm going to die.

They really are! It's the one thing I cook that everyone in this house loves (well, save for the potatoes since that was the first time I made baked potatoes).

"Uncle Dave can we watch Elfen Lied?" "no you can't watch that" "what about Princess Mononoke?"
"okay sounds good"

Its kinda sad having to explain to children how some cartoons are only for adults and some are for both
From what I've heard and seen, Princess Mononoke isn't really for kids.
Meh I think it depends on the age group I'm talking oldest 11 youngest 9, they liked it alot specially the giant wolves and I figure thats alot less worrisome than the opening episode of Elfen Lied ie naked girls and disembowlments to name a couple reasons my sis would pummel me if I ever let them watch something like that

Nothing fancy. Just grilled some burgers with onions, served on toasted buns with a glass of milk.

Depends on you and your child. I find the lion king objectionable because of all the animal death.

BEHOLD! My might bowl full of offal!
It's got 3 different types of liver, 3 different types of kidney, and 2 different types of heart. All diced up and mixed together.

It turned out fucking awful.

It doesn't really have a name as I was modifying a recipe, but it was diced chicken pan fried in grease from Turkey bacon (wasn't much) and then cooked in a sauce of seasonings, broth, and cream, with the bacon crumbled and added back in. Served over Pasta.

It was pretty good all around. Nice and light, but I think I'll cut down the pepper next time as the flavor was a little strong.

Real star was the biscuits though. My biscuits are boss.

That was tonight, the other day I made chicken stuffed with ham and sage with a sage butter sauce, and served with rice. That meal also had some steamed asparagus that I baked with garlic and mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. That was pretty good.

With kidneys, livers, and hearts, how could it possibly have gone wrong?

I have no idea. I actually love all of those meats individually. Seriously, go eat a roast lambs heart, it's delicious. But I fucked up massively trying to stew them.

I craft my own pizzas, unfortunately I have to buy the ingredients, but I get quality stuff, and can sometimes sell them to my neighbors. The one earlier was pepperoni, olives, and bacon bits, with a little chipotle tabasco sauce sprinkled on after it was cooked.

When I can afford to do it, I'll buy a pound of ground beef, brown it, season it with some chipotle(I love the stuff, and I don't care what anyone else thinks) taco seasoning, have that and some olives to make a very special pizza.

Also, my pizzas don't have toppings, per se, they're ingredients. They go in-between the sauce and the cheese, not on top of it.
