Time to go on Xbox live and beat someone to death with their own arm. I don't care what game I'm playing, I'll find a way.

If a unicorn stole my totoro teddy I would hunt it down, kill it, eat it, then sell its horn for money.

OT: When I'm mad I listen to loud music, or comfort eat.

I don't get angry, unless I'm playing Pokémon.

What? Fucking Rayquaza are hard to catch without using a Masterball...
I finally managed to do it with 13 ultra balls, 3 hyper potions, and a level 72 Gengar. Then I had it die in it's first battle. Learned that bastard some respect.

I punch a lot of things. Like walls, armrests, objects, etc.

On one memorable occasion, I accidentally dropped a slice of cake on the ground, and I got really angry and kicked it across the room, where it stuck to the wall. I immediately laughed my ass off and got over it.

I either start quoting The Joker from TDK in an increasingly hysterical voice, or wander outside and do some complex juggle patterns with increasing heights. Anything to get my mind off the anger. Though, I rarely actually have to do this.

I had ten separate attempts using every ball I had besides Master using a level 94 Flygon and a fuck-ton of healing items...

After the tenth try and having only my Masterball left I just gave up on my 'no masterball' rule...

RAGE. No really, I'll wind up just running around wanting to break something but stopping myself because I know breaking things is dumb.

This is how most of my anger ends up working. Or if it's because of Mario Kart I'll swear so much I've probably lost access to anything good in the afterlife...

usually bottle it up then do something evil, to someone who sort of deserves it, a few hours later or take it out on someone when i'm next drunk

I got it on my fifth attempt, and my Gengar ran out of pp on Hypnosis three fucking times! Totally worth it though.

I plan my revenge.

First, though, I usually string about 20 expletives together in one huge offensive string of words that would probably offend the asterisks that censor them. Then I would plan revenge.

I bury my anger as far deep as I can, VERY rarely will I physically/verbally vent my anger. I might snap at someone or be a jerk for a day, but that's it, the rest I bury reeeeeeaaaaalllll deep.

I like to take a page from the Stoics of the past. One of the defining thought processes of a Stoic, is that any kind of negative emotion is the result of an error of judgement. It's all based on varying your own impression on a situation. I can get annoyed if I don't check myself, but anger is easily controllable through manipulating your own opinion and perspective on things. Get clinical, analyse why you feel like that, could it be your fault? If not, what external factors are there? Someone getting you angry? What would your take on it be if you were them? Is this just misfortune? If so, there's no point in feeling negative about it.

The ideal type of person according to Stoicism is called a 'sage'. These are people that pretty much have this kind of thinking down to a tee. They are therefore completely unaffected by misfortune of any kind. Nothing causes them negative emotions, and some would argue, that in that sense, (other than physical pain) they are immune to suffering. Which is a big deal.

See 'Stoic sage' for more. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sage_(Sophos)]

I pretty much try and stick to this method of thinking. I can safely say that after about 3-4 years. Anger is gone from my life. :)
Apologies if I sounds really 'up myself', but it really works for me.
