This has happened to me twice. Once was a creep I used to be friends with who said he'd pay money to see me in porn, and then offered to be my support actor. I not-so-politely declined. The second time, my mum and I were on a day out and we bumped into one of her friends. If so, it probably means you are pretty good looking, but you probably wear a lot of make-up.

If you are a guy, well, it really doesn't mean anything. Guys don't have to be remotely attractive or even that in-shape to do porn. You just need a nice sized dick and need to know how to use it.

Either way, without context, it's really hard to tell if its even a compliment or not.
