Most common is terrorists suddenly invading the building I'm in, and me using a McGuiver'd weapon like a pen or letter opener to jab through the neck of the first one, taking his gun and killing the rest of them in the room with it, and going from room to room freeing all the hostages. If they'res any security guards I'll give them a gun and tell them to take care of the rest. This usually boils down to me running out of ammo and having to kill the last guy, usually a sniper, with my bare hands, which i manage to do after being shot in a non lethal/ non crippling place. (this usually only occurs when i'm in a school or mall because it's a huge place in which i can sneak around and covertly take out terrorists.)
This is followed closely by being the fastest guitarist in the world/Rock star and being abducted by an alien race of bisexual playboy models who need my manhood to "experiment" with.

Depends, I usually end up letting my mind wander onto either sexual fantasies or making an in depth plan of how I could kick the ass of everyone in the room like the lobby scene from The Matrix, or to put it more graphically, a bit like this [http://xkcd.com/337/].

The last in particular right now, since i'm at work, i'll get off work at 08:00 tomorrow, and them i have to be back again at 16:30, so i won't have time to do stuff i want untill monday night :/
