What do you do during Loading screens?

I don't have very long waits on loading screens, usually I'm chatting with a friend on skype/Teamspeak anyway.

Continue watching the movie/tv show that I have running simultaneous to my gaming. I always have something playing, regardless of the game.

PC gamer, loading screens are about 10 seconds.
Worst case, alt tab.
