What do you do for Exercise?

Just like the title says what do you do for exercise?

I do 200 Pushups, 100 Pullups, 200 Roman Situps/100 Squats (alternating days)
I do this everynight except friday.

All I do is work to school and back, which is obviously not for a workout routine. Although I am going to be making my own little routine so I can get fit and healthy.

Weight lift and run ~3 miles at least 3 times a week. If you want to get bigger than you already are you're gonna have to weightlift instead of doing pushups and pullups, because you're always lifting the same weight, your body.

Weightlifting is fun but it's not great exercise, at least it didn't work for me. I spent 3 months in the gym with my buddy, at least 5 days a week, and yeah you notice increased muscle mass, but I couldn't lose the rolls and even though we ran 1~2 miles on the treadmill every visit for a warmup my cardio never really improved either.

I walk a f^ck lot. Something near 5 miles 5 days a week. Way more if the MTA decides to not do their f^cking jobs for a change.

The sheer awesomeness of my being burns calories and builds muscle mass, why would I bother to do such a silly thing as "exercise"?

A Roman Situp is a situp done with no back support you do them on a chair or a bench with something holding your feet.

Health is debatable. Just eat well and don't sit on your ass all day.
What kind of crazy person are you whose image is harmed at the gym? Gyms are great for several reasons:
1. An encouraging atmosphere to excercise
2. An isolated enviroment where it's hard to just quit and go back to TV/games/internet
3. A place to do all kinds of different exercises
4. A social gathering point

Can't you just do a normal situp without touching the ground with your back? (which is what you're supposed to do in a situp anyways...)

You can, but it works more muscles if you can get your body below the "horizon"

And I agree with you on your points about the gym.

You could, but the point of a Roman situp is to move through a wider angle, since having to swing your upper body through a horizontal position maximizes the total torque being placed on your abs.

I don't really exercise much - I do a few pushups when I feel like staving off muscle atrophy, and I also do archery and dancing on occasion.
