What's the difference between normal situps and roman situps?
A Roman Situp is a situp done with no back support you do them on a chair or a bench with something holding your feet.
Can't you just do a normal situp without touching the ground with your back? (which is what you're supposed to do in a situp anyways...)
you have more range with romans and it allows no rest while doing them and in my experience it works my abs better than normal situps there pretty good you should try them out see if you like them I don't know maybe its just me.

I walk everywhere. To dinner, to class, to the store, to everything.

I mean, with no car at Uni, I have no choice, but it's excellent exercise. And, on the days I want a bit of an aerobic working, I just jog places.

It works fine for me.

I swim 3 times a week and have some weights I do on alternating days. As far as exercise goes I figure that unless you have a fantastic motabilism (at which point I'll say I hate you) or a restrictive health problem (sorry) then you should exercise properly at least a couple of times a weeks capiche.

Gawd almightly, I admire your attention span.

I Ride bikes, Mountain bikes and BMX to be precise. Anyone who thinks they don't give a full body workout merely isn't going fast enough!

I walk 3/4 of my journey to school everyday, P.E, play rugby.
and I am often found jumping up and down in my room punching the air pretending I am a championship boxer.

I do absolutely NOTHING.

I avoid the sun and exercise like the plague - and the effects on me are about as pretty.

Thanks, genes!

(Exercise causes me to lose mobility, and causes pain contributing to rages. <3)

Do about 4.5 hours of kickboxing a week.
About 5.5 hours of MMA training a week.
Walk about 8km every day.
