I am a junior SAP Consultant/Developer. It's easy to learn ABAP and the principles of SAP itself. Difficult part is supporting a huge and very complicated module with little to no documentation.

I write for the newspaper in a small town of 1000+ residents. It's not exactly glorious, but high school jobs rarely are.

Truck Stop cashier, mostly overnight.

Get to meet a wide variety of interesting people, no doubt. It's great.

Electrical engineer at a nuclear energy company. It can be boring sometimes because of the amount of paperwork; since it's the nuclear industry, everything is regulated to hell and back, so there can be quite a bit of paperwork. It's pretty good otherwise though, and the people I work with are great.

I'm a Registered Nurse working in a psychiatric ward. The ward is mainly focused on affective disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm behavior, eating disorders and personality disorders. I am also qualified to perform electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and do it several times a week.

I'm a freelance Digital Compositor/ FX Artist/ Matte Painter, with some 3D modelling and Game Design/ AS3 Programming under my belt too, and because of the nature of these businesses where I live, I jump from project to project, getting used like an old whorish paintbrush. Wheee!

Used to work for the LAPD, but ended up being injured badly enough that I had to take a very early retirement. At least I got a handicap plate out of the deal. Anyway, now I volunteer at a national park as a ranger, at the local animal shelter, and at the library.

I have been teaching evening college history classes for nearly 10 years. Unfortunately, the old college president retired and with the new president taking over, there has been a major changeover in faculty and staff. Pretty much everyone hired under the old administration is being shoved out the door. As soon as they find an instructor qualified/experienced enough to teach the 300-level courses, I am certain none of my contracts will get renewed.
