Thanks again guys. I've tried to pick up music again properly and it does make me feel a bit better. I also tried volenteering at the local cat-shelter, wich was great fun, but there was a water damage and the cats all had to be evacuated so I won't be able to return untill they get a new location...

I'm still struggling to actually get started properly with anything though. I'm reluctant to play music because I live with my parents and brother and I don't want to bother them.

One thing I decided to do to kick-start me by putting a proper pressure on me is that I hope to start studying again. I dropped out because of my previous depression and now I hope I can get my mood up trough education.

Thanks again, any more tips are welcome :)

First off, really happy to see that the tips here work for you!

I know this sounds counter-productive, but I try to think of how big the universe is with all its galaxies and how tiny I am in it. The perspective makes me feel better. Like my troubles don't matter anyway, so why be upset?

The other one: pictures of baby seals and corgis. I know, I know. I'm a mature adult manly man, blahblah, I don't care. My eyes water from how cute those are, and it makes me feel a lot better.
On that note, owning a pet capable of loving you. I love my dog. And sometimes, he kinda likes me a little bit, too. And that cheers me up.
