I tend to just swear a lot. Never broken anything thank god. However, if the game is being cheap I have thrown the controller around a bit.

It's hard to express how pissed off you are at a Wii game because you're already flailing the controllers around wildly enough.

R-R-R-RAAAGEE QUIT

OT: i usually start cussing at the game/screen like crazy, i never throw my controller or physically abuse it, but i do squeeze the life out of it sometimes, wondering how illogical and absurd the game's AI is for doing such to me

I've shouted incoherent words and made some interesting sounds. I don't break anything, but I have punched more than a few pillows in my life.

Fallacious assumptions: Let's hear it for them.

I've been rendered angry or frustrated, but my reactions are generally quite mild compared to what I've seen so far in this thread. If a game bugs me, I turn it off and do something else.

Uhh My job often makes me angry. Friday I took a 2 minute break to head outside and scream as loud as possible. Also Smashing 4$ key boards is pretty good also.

If it's anger that lasts a while though, i'd recommend going to the gym and working out until your super burnt out and doing it again and again in the following days. When your so tired you can't bother to think or be angry, good times.

It begins slowly... some mumbled expletives... and then when I get angry enough I just let out a loud What the F*ck?! Then I usually try to reign myself back in because I know raging is silly, but sometimes you just can't help it. Once I threw my headset across the room while playing Gears of War 1 online. That's as violent as I've gotten.

I normally swear as much as possible and maybe smack my mouse against the desk if its not doing what I tell it to. Then I quit before I get really pissed and get into the who cares mindset and start tk'ing(much more fun than dealing with retarded teammates who only care about their k/d ratio then the objective/laggers/hackers/dumb friendly AI/etc.).

I continuously curse until I realize what I'm angry about and start laughing my ass off. XD

Pretty much. It's weird cause I always try to find something cheap. If I'm not too pissed pencil will work. Although I did once obliterate a PS2 controller.

I'd break my hand if I tried to do that in my house. It's got 50's construction methods behind it, which means it's plaster and I'd hurt myself pretty good.
I hear that. Man I bled a bit after I punched one of my walls. Then I had to clean blood up which is kind of hard.

The OP didn't say it had to be game induced. Although San Andreas's RC missions were what led to the PS2 controller getting slammed. That thing exploded.
I've had to clean up a little blood before as well. Not to mention I crushed a PS3 controller with my bare hands...

Depending on the degree of rage, I usually freak out and begin swearing really loudly and calling out the player that is killing me, even though he can't hear me. This is usually followed by exiting the game.

As a side note, the most physical violence that I ever show is hitting a pillow or couch, and thats really rare. Most of my rage is just verbal.

I harness the RAGE! and put it into the game, sometimes resulting in increase in skills.
There is a reason some guy in a game dubbed me "rage god".

Other times I threaten my computer.I found it you do so much better by telling your PC/console/any electronic device you'll rip its processor out if it doesn't do EXACTLY what you do.

Light rage: suppress it.
Normal rage: suppress it.
Crispy rage: hit a wall, curse and mutter under breath, suppress it.
Extra-Crispy rage: black out and apparently attack everyone in the general vicinity. So I'm told.
