What do you do when you rage?

I just twitch slighly and squeeze my controler.

oh and somtimes I passout and wake up a few hours later with blood on my teeth and another missing house pet.

Punching a pillow is rarely satisfying enough. If I have something cheap and replaceable, like a pencil or toothbrush, I might break it or throw it across the room. If I'm really pissed - SEVERELY frustrated - I'll sometimes bite myself, usually on the arm or the heel. I'm not entirely sure why, but it's something I've been doing since I was a kid, and it does calm me down. I try not to do it often, though at the moment I have a slightly painful mark on my arm thanks to SMT3: Nocturne.

this sounds wierd but i usualy cut to third-person and see myself doing whatever i do...like getting in a fight in the middle of math class. or breaking a foldy table over my knee...

I used to break things, no longer. Now i just turn up music to deafening levels and scream random profanities until i calm down.

I can honestly say I have never raged, I have come really close sometimes, I have almost thrown the controller at the TV. And i have shaken a PSP violently in my hands a few times though.
I am such a boring calm person, and cheap cuz I dontwanna break anything, If i was wealthy I would prolly Rage all the time.

I almost snaped a controller in half once i felt it sorta crunched a little and i quickly snaped out of it thinking "oh crap! $50 gone" fortunately no real damage was done (damn tkken 6 >=( ).

talk very levelly and gradually go redder... this is rage at family/teachers or authority figures

become more obnoxious and physically violent... this is rage at friends

so you see, my anger is somewhat diverse =)

Usually punch something (wall, door, pillow, keyboard whatever) and shout something like "FUUURY!!!!". I don't get mad often.

I snarl and smash my fist on the desk really hard. Fortunately, I have a mousepad with a wrist rest, so if I smash it on the mousepad it doesn't hurt! Get one of those mousepads, it's very good for venting.

i start ranting on the bullshit "headshot instakill with a pistol from the other side of the map in left 4 dead.or the fact that i need to shoot in the shoulder to get headshots in team fortress and the fact that most demo's dont NEED skill,all they have to do is move back and forth spamming instakill grenades of death or stickies that should only do so much damage if they where crits and crits in general.i swear i have died more to crits ten normal bullets and rockets.

Hey, have you ever considered how your in-game character would look in an RPG, especially a squad-based one with in-character NPCs, when he/she rages out? That would be hilarious.
