Depends how angry I am. Sometimes I'll just go for a stroll, walk it off. Sometimes I'll scream and shout at someone who can deal with my ranting, or a wall if such a person isn't available. If I'm really annoyed I'll throw stuff, can't really do my old trick of punching things since I broke my hand doing it a few years ago and it healed crooked.

If I have access to them, I subdue my anger with either sex or a nice, beefy joint. Things tend to be just fine after either one. Or even better: first sex, then a joint.

Then again, I have good control over myself, so it takes a lot to get me angry or even raise my voice. I haven't yet encountered anything that'd make me go violent.

Hit things. I'm not proud of my reaction when I'm angry because I overreact and I will quite possibly one day end up dead or in prison for it.
If I cool down for a second then I'm fine.

I once broke a toaster when I was angry. I slammed my fist down on it twice and when you tried to use it blue sparks came out.

I also once gave a lad a nosebleed at school cos he kept bugging me to kiss him under the mistletoe. Strangely enough he never did it again....

Actually, those are the only two occasions I've got violent when angry. Normally I cry a lot and possibly shout a bit.

I bottle it up, put on a smile, and walk around like whatever made me angry didn't happen
Its going to turn out bad... isn't it?

I own a pickaxe and have a giant pile of dirt that needs to be redistributed along the fence in the backyard. Working on that always seems to bleed off the excess rage everyday life provides me with on a frighteningly regular basis. It's violent, but it hurts nobody but the ants who made that grotesque pile their home.

I ball it up. It's a bad thing to do, I think things can go very wrong when the limit is finally reached.

Usually I'll go for a drive, or listen to angry music, or sometimes write emo poetry.

This one time though, my mum tried to hit me, so I twisted her arm and almost broke it. She desreved that, I think.

I jump onto a rowing machine. After 2k I usually calm down.
Worryingly that's when I get my best times.

If I don't get to a machine fast enough, someones gonna get hurt.

(usually me)

I punch people in the face.

I learn from Buzz [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOo6aHSY8hU].

But no, seriously I make a character of the person I'm pissed at in SoulCalibur 4 and hit them with a gigantic sword until I feel better. Hooray for violence!

Depends on how pissed I am. Sometimes I'll sit down and write or I'll just isolate myself. Also, I listen to this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-XqpgSFnjc

It's a cover of Metallica's 'Sad But True'. Kinda odd, I know. The song makes me feel really, really pissed off when I listen to it. And when I'm already pissed and put this in the mix, I'm suddenly not mad at what I was in the first place. Before the song's even over, I'll change tracks and feel better. It's weird, but it works.
