Copious amounts of wank.

Or just listen to some over-the-top speed/power metal, play some mindlessly fun video game, and zone out.

I usually play a mindless or incredibly violent video game. Although lately Game Grumps has been able to help my mood considerably.

I watch the vlog brothers (youtube) or live streams or tv series. Might just relax and listen to music and not do anything.

listen to music, play some games, watch some tv or try to talk it out with somebody than the person, place, or thing that managed to get on my bad side.

I huff and I puff and and... I forgot what I was taking this line of thought. <.>

Well I talk it out! I like talking to myself. Odd? Yes. Helpful? Extremely so.

Then I become happy again. Voilà!

It's either that or me lying down and listening to music. Lots of it. Then probably napping.

Of course I don't avoid interaction during that time but it's advisable to keep conversations light and short. Because hey, moods. They be called moods for a reason. o.o

Distract myself by constantly watching movies and playing games making sure not to give myself time to think about anything. If that doesn't work then I add very heavy and loud music to the background and if even that fails then I'll go running, whilst listening to loud and heavy music, and drive myself to the limit so that I can barely climb the stairs back to my apartment.

I do nothing. It's probably not the best coping mechanism but I just sit there and think about the problem. People should also just leave me alone, as I tend to snap at people when I'm upset about something, and then go apologise to them about half an hour later.

Recently, there's been lots of occasions where I've just sat there (I've started uni and it constantly worrying me) and I still am feeling down, so I would not advise concentrating so hard on a problem. Try doing something to take your mind off it I guess.

I just go about my day until I stop being angry or depressed. When someone pisses me off on the road though, I turn the radio on and sync my phone to it and play Party with Pinkie. Usually calms me down enough to deal with near death incidents involving another car and the corner of the freeway. (Surprisingly too often. I should take the back streets to my friend's house.)

I avoid people, lock myself in my room and get drunk, then play PC games or watch videos, with an occasional break to fap angrily to porn.

I either watch internet videos, a film, or tv series, or game, or work out, or walk my dog.

All that serves as a distraction, and often times does calm me down. For times when it's ever recurring, I meditate.

I tend to log off all messenger services and just play Tropico 4. The tone mellows me out like nothing else.

I used to watch a favorite show, like How I Met Your Mother, some of the old episodes. Now that just makes me mad and sad in alternating bouts, because of how fun the show used to be and how shitty it is now. The writers are pointlessly dragging shit out and ruining great, fun characters, all for laughs, and that's a dick thing to do. Asshats.

Oh, hey, look at that, watching the new episodes puts me in a bad mood. Yay, topical!

I'm gonna go play Zelda, or something. Maybe I'll blow off some steam by going "YAH!" for a few hours.

Play kirby's epic yarn , if you are still is a bad mood after an hour you are too far gone , hope is lost.

Seriously though that game is just so damn jolly .
Ironically, that game just pisses me off.

Whiskey and p***, and then sleep like a baby.

Alternatively h**** h**** g**** and the ELO song Mr Blue Sky, or any Gogol Bordello. This option being my personal favorite.

Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3SUPPeuRdU -- I dare you to remain in a bad mood after that! I dare you!

Unfortunately, my grump from before still persists, so I apologize if this turns a bit gruff. I went into KEY thinking it was going to be a fun, exciting Kirby game, that felt rewarding and occasionally challenging, utilizing the enemies around me to adapt Kirby to the stage at hand. I instead got a piss-easy, challenge-less game that barely required thought to go through and never once gave me the slightest hesitation until the last chapter, and even then, it wasn't much. There was never a situation where I felt I needed to think about my actions before preceding, like I've felt with other Kirby games, and the distinctly Kirby-ness of the game was removed in favor of running with the Yarn theme.

Basically, I went in thinking it would be the Kirby and yarn equivalent of Paper Mario, and in hoping for that, was just annoyed by a game that took up my time pretending it was something else. It would be like going to see The Rolling Stones in concert, only to have "Da Rollin' Stonz" come out, and play music you don't like while dressed as the band you love. I was disappointed and robbed of what I thought would happen. Whatever individual merits the game has (the aesthetic is cute, and it's a fun pun to play with), it wasn't a Kirby game to me, and I feel aggrieved and lied to that they used characters and settings I love to sell me a game that had nothing to do with either.

:/ So, yeah. Not a fan of that game. It makes me grumblesome.

Video games, I suggest Dead Rising or as I like to call it "The greatest stress relieving game ever created".
Movies, those erase all my memories of misfortunes, to this day I still don't know why they just do.
My dog, one look into his adorable eyes and my bad mood goes on a vacation to the Middle East where it belongs.
