It's simple, boost your confidence and determination to the MAX!, slam your hands down (try not to break surrounding stuff) and tell yourself you're not going to let this pull you into that hole!, AND if it already has, climb the F**K out!
Believe in your self, who believes in YOU!
Theres no need to feel totaly sad just because partof you wants to be sad.
Why waste life being sad when you can MAKE it happy.
Also, being outside during the say, is much better than being stuck in a dark room.
Also sleep, being tired makes it easier to feel bad and if you're already feeling bad, it makes it worse.
