I mostly just listen to my music while I'm either doing housework (it drowns out the hoover nicely) or walking somewhere (to the campus, to the shop etc.)

so theres a lot of music i wanna listen to from different bands
and i can't really read or write while its blasting so what is it you do?
I listen to music during almost everything. But I also listen to a wide variety of music from many various sources. Perhaps the music that you can listen to during reading and studying isn't the music that you've been exploring?

Plus when you are reading or writing, the quieter the better for me. I gotta hear the thought process as well, and the music can kind of just glaze over my consciousness.

I dunno if you like the jazzy, but try some bossa nova-ish. Start with something a bit more modern, a bit soft in the background...., maybe some
Is that picture a li'l too risque? Please forgive me. Don't concentrate on her. and OT: I like to drive to music.

Browse the internet, talk to friends, play games or tidy my room. But sometimes if I'm doing something while listening to music, like playing a game, I'll focus more on the game and sort of block out the music. Next thing I know my iTunes has played 6 tracks without me noticing.

Work.
I often make technical drawings with my headphones on, listening to music.
Same I tend to draw and work on my roughs and designs.

Fucking everything! One of my pet peeves with real life is that there's no background music.

Mostly sing along if I know the lyrics.
If I'm playing something co-op with my brother (Like Nazi Zombies online) I let him do the talking while I sing in the background.
Or browse the web...

I usually either sit down and listen to music, or I put music on when I'm doing boring things like cleaning or doing the dishes (but then I concentrate on the music and go slower...)

Surf the internet, walk, rest, doodle or think, but usually <url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqs4yf_Fs4I&feature=related>bop my head back and forth.

I play games. Or I draw, I love drawing whilst listening to music. Especially mellow stuff.

As for what I physically do, I tap my feet or bob my head as a standard. Sometimes I drum along a little. Sometimes I lipsync or full on sing with it, but those last ones are only if I'm alone.

I've got music on pretty much constantly, so... pretty much everything?

The top three things that simply require music are: drawing, cooking and gaming

Edit: Actually, when drawing, I tend to listen to/semi-watch documentaries, as well... which makes for a really odd combination, when I'm drawing stupid comics while watching documentaries about serial killers. I usually draw a bit while watching movies, too... it's like I just have to do at least two things at once I stop existing.

The easier question is what DON'T I do while listening to music, and that's an easy one.

I either sleep or watch something.

Otherwise, I seem to play music while doing just about everything.

Chill music helps me to drift to sleep at night. I also put on music to inspire creativity while doing art or gaming.
