Depends on my mood. In the winter I often favor some sort of coffee (usually in the case of heading to school, as I pass a number of coffee shops) or tea (usually when I head to work). In the warmer months, I tend to favor red bull.
As a general rule of thumb, if I slept poorly and need a bit of extra motivation I favor the high caffine drink. If I've had a good night's sleep, then I tend to favor tea or coffee.
As far as breakfast goes, usually it's some kinda juice and a lox/cream cheese bagle.
