Water and milk. Orange juice if I'm dining out and feel like showing off. Banana smoothies if I feel really showy. No wonder I never get a second date..
It's incredible the looks that people give you when you order milk at any kind of eateries. I have always thought that places that sells breakfast would consider it pretty normal to sell milk. But I'm clearly wrong.
It doesn't help when the waiter/waitress have heavy accent either. First they freak, then they try to communicate something to you unintelligibly. Not a pleasant experience, I assure you.
I'm interested in how you describe yourself as a person, and how that matches up with what you drink.
For me, I think I'm a bit of a hippy and an idealist. I am 'mostly' vegetarian, I exercise 2 to 4 times per week, I enjoy the outdoors, and I like to do things the old-fashion way. Personally I don't see how this ties in with my beverage choice, but I can see a small link to why I detest caffeine and alcohol. The strange thing is I actually picked up and dropped those habits a lot sooner than most. I started on coffee when I was 10, and stopped drinking by the time I was 14. My school used to start at 7:20, and I lived far away. I got used to waking up at 5am and decided to stop drinking coffee, since the ones I get at/around the school tastes like crap.
My first alcohol of choice was wine when I was 12 (with my parents, of course). Then I moved to socially drinking beer with my family when I was 13-ish, and straight up whiskey at 15. I stopped drinking when I turned 18 and got so drunk one night that I woke up hating the smell of alcohol.
