I don't know if it's my ego, but I'm picky when it comes to women.
I find face and tits almost equally important (call me shallow, but if the girl gives me nothing to work with chest wise, it's very difficult for me to be attracted to them).
And then, you know, all those looks need to come with the intelligence and personality to back them up. I'm a very intellectual person, so it bugs the living SHIT out of me when a girl is dumb as rocks (which is apparently asking for too much when you're in high school...ah well, one more year).

Males, in general are attractive, seeing as I'm just supposed to breed and make samiches. But narrowing it down:
I'm a sucker for brunettes, taller or even shorter then me.
Videogames! Of any sort, Minecraft, Civ, Halo, Pokemans, etc.
Teeth have all got to be in order.
I also enjoy being able to debate about important and ridiculous matters.
I'm also horrendously sarcastic, so understanding that would help!

It's funny how when people ask "what you find attractive", men almost always immediately assume you mean physical features, and women almost always assume you mean personality traits.
And apparently I think like a woman, because I always consider personality.
Anyway here's a little rule of thumb that seems to have a lot of truth to it:
Reasonable
Interesting
Attractive
Pick two out of three.
In other words, most fun, interesting, attractive people are stubborn, unreasonable and unstable.
Most emotionally stable, reasonable, attractive people are pretty dull.
And most fun, interesting, stable people are unattractive.
Exceptions are very hard to find.
And apparently I think like a woman, because I always consider personality.

Short, skinny, long hair
the less going on around the crotch area the better.
Apart from that, they must be able to make me laugh, and to be a halfway decent person. And on an equal level with me, I wish for neither a dominant nor a subservient partner.
Except maybe in bed. Either way depending on my mood. >_>

A woman with an assertive attitude, expressive face and an intelligent mind.
I don't really subscribe to the whole big tits and big ass department, on the contrary either attribute would more likely be a negative.
I much prefer a more girl-next-door look (and no, not the Hollywood version. The real version).

Personality: Genuine/Honest, Kind hearted, good sense of humour. Laid back but with inner strength.
Also a bit geeky in her intrests (Like I am).
Looks: Cute, soft facial features, nice smile and eyes. I find looks is a bonus but those are the kind of looks that I find attract me.

OT: Physically, I'm attracted to women with the female equivalent of my physique (tall, slim, factor in bust, hips, narrower waist etc.) so basically (within reason) a Clamp designed female character transposed into real life without the massive boobage.
Personality-wise, I prefer being around someone taciturn and philosophical. A satirical sense of humour is good too, as well as not minding being subjected to random hugs. However, being able to share comfortable silences is usually what wins it for me.
The only real physical aspect that I like are eyes... I'm a sucker for beautiful eyes. Apart from that I really don't mind how you look, as long as you wouldn't break me during... ahem

As far as physical attraction goes: I need a girl with some meat on her bones. I see a ton of women around here that are so disturbingly thin that I feel like I could snap some of them over my knee.
Short, slightly chubby (I hate that word but its the best for the job here) women tend to be thoughtful, intelligent people too. Well, usually. Obviously any body type has its share of complete jerks.
