Nothing, until I managed to pull off a literal diversion in Brutal Legend. I am seriously considering Starcraft II recently.

like- generaly i enjoy rts games i'm not sure why though...

dislike- shit ai, i have a a obscure ww2 game in which my troops and tanks are perfectly happy to shoot the one guy running away while 3-4 enemy tanks go un targeted as they destroy everything i have...

not sure if this is a like or a dislike but- games that are supposed to be very tactical that you can beat by selecting everything and charging

Like: Tactical aspect of buildings stuff, I enjoy it.
Dislike: All micro control/whatnot that I always fail on. And in multiplayer all the damn stuff like:" Oops, I placed my barracks 1 second too late and I lost the game because of that."

The issue that I have with modern RTS is the fact that in every match you play you do the same things. You build the same buildings, in same order, with same timing and you build an army that always consists of the same units with same upgrades. Just take a look of any SC2 replay you find 95% change you end up seeing something like: Basic buildings build with stupid second to second timing and armies that consist majorly of the same basic unit, Roach for Zerk, Stalkers for Protoss and marines for Terran.
There are no space for new radical tactics, because if somethings is radical, it is usually just a new way in start but ends up to the basic units spaming and "Apm" spaming. There isn't just anything that would change game to game.
