There?s the house in Ten penny and some caps too. Oh and full evil Karma.
In all honesty it's more convenient having the house in megaton because you can step outside your house and quick travel anywhere while in ten penny tower you have to go all the way outside, also Megaton is more central in the game
It's petty differences really but you will notice if you place the game a lot

Anyway, you get an apartment in Tenpenny tower. It's not worth it. If you disable it you get a house in Megaton, which is a much better location and has some side-quests to do there. =]

I think it's 500 caps, but don't blow it up straight away, because there's loads to do in Megaton.
What is epically sweet is if you go onto the balcony for your room @ tenpenny and fire a fatman at the floor you can blast yourself halfway across the map, in ragdolly fally explodey glory. That's pretty badass.
You get to be a horrible person, a lot of bad karma, some caps (amount varies depending on bartering skills), a room in ten penny tower, you get to see a big explosion, megaton becomes a smoking crater and everyone (except Moria) dies. The room is nice, but megaton is one of the best resupply areas in the game, so, unless your just an evil dick, there is no big reason to blow it up.
Actually you can fast travel from the balcony right outside your Tenpenny Tower Suite door. That's what I always do.The Rockerfly said:
