All I know is that its cartoon shorts done by a Mexican animator and picked up by Cartoon Network. This is actually an official English Dub from its original Spanish.

And so far I kinda like it, right off the bat it heavily reminds me of older Cartoon Network, specifically Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy with its Art Stlye. What do you guys think?

It's pretty cute. Not sure how it would work as a 'full fledged' series, though. Some things just aren't meant to be longer than a minute.

surprisingly no, though I became aware of History Buff not soon after. I saw a clip or two of it in Oliver Stone's Untold History of America. I forget the context, but probably something about how colonial europe laid the foundations for ww2.

Anyway and here I thought you of all people would become smitten with the girl character Dementia:

I find her fascinating. And with development she'd be great!
But it just seems like someone wanted to do Harley Quinn meets Frankie Foster, with a pinch of Freakazoid...

...actually that sounds pretty cool. A show where she's a superhero would be great!

That's an interesting take, mine would have been that colonial Europe laid the foundations for World War 1.

Well sure, but WW2 was just the sequel to WW1. They only stopped for a generation 'cause they ran out of people to throw into the grinder. Given how WW1, WW2 was inevitable and everyone knew it.

Never the less, to treat WW1 as a 'stepping stone' to WW2 is kind of galling for my money.

I've watched them before and they're pretty neat. Like someone else said, they're fairly reminiscent of older Cartoon Network shows so that does help add to the charm. However, I'm not sure how they would expand these into a longer show, and I'm not sure they'd even be able to do that anyway given CN's current "we really only want to touch it if it bastardizes something people loved in the past or prints money" mentality.

There's nothing wrong with them, I guess, but I can't say I feel a particular need to see more of it. I mean, maybe you can expand on it to make something entertaining and if so I'm wouldn't mind to see it but it's not the sort of thing that'd make me drop everything I'm doing to throw money at it until it's made into a series.

I've seen it talked about in quite a few communities I frequent and I don't really see why it's brought up so much. Sure, it looks fine but nothing about it says "instant classic" to me.

I really like the bear. That's something.

I liked the look of it so far from the shorts I have seen.

It has been a while since we had protagonists that are the antagonist/ villains/ badguys of the show.
