What do you guys think of this cartoon Villainous?

right off the bat it heavily reminds me of older Cartoon Network, specifically Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy with its Art Stlye.

Funny, it reminded me of Evil Con Carne upon seeing it first.
They even have a technicolor bear.
