What do you hope for when posting?

Well, I hope for a funny joke paired with a serious subject, I tend to find a lot of heated debates on this site. Though the irony of of this site, even though its called "The Escapist" we due tend to discuss many stress-related subjects, and rarely do we just kick back and "Escape".

Exactly. I love waking up and seeing I got quoted, I dunno, THREE times, which for me is an insane amount. It makes me think "Did I say anything designed to spark anger in a really sensitive subject last night?". Then I rejoice to see some people agree with what I said.

Depends on the subject. Sometimes, I hope for serious responses, other times, for a laugh, or for someone to flame me in a new and creative fashion (i'm a card carrying member of the frier's club, and I love a good roast. The more venomous and nasty the better, the worse it is the more I laugh).
