Well it's in South America, it's the 2nd largest after Brazil, and the main language there is Spanish right? If I remember correctly, Brazil's main language is Portuguese (wow, spelled that right on my first try) and all the other countries in South America's language is Spanish but because Brazil has so many people compared to the others the majority of people who live in South America speak Portuguese.
Anyway, if any of that is wrong please correct me.
That is incorrect, by a small margin.
Which did I get wrong?
The spanish is spoken by more people.
Oh, sorry. I will correct my original post. Thanks for correcting me.

Well thank you. You are very polite also. Most people on this website aren't rude though so we're no exception.

wow, what does one do in the Malvinas? (falkland islands)
I'm not actually in 'Las Islas Malvinas' at the moment, I'm at university in UK. The Falkland's Government pays out huge grants to its students for further education, so I'm taking advantage of that! I havent been back to the Islands in about 5 years.

Yeahh... not me XD. What are your toughts on the soberany of the islands?
Ahh thats a pretty complicated subject. Especially now that oil drilling has begun down there.

Personally, because I grew up around all the residents of the Islands, I see the sovereignty from their point of view. Most of the residents are of english descent, speak english and consider themselves to be english, so from that point of view the current situation with the Islands is as perfect as it could get really.

Buenos Ares was the first place to get hit by a Bug meteor in Starship Troopers.

Shakira used to be/still is in a relationship with the son of former Dictator Glaieri.

Your defeat to Germany at the World Cup made our defeat to Germany look slightly less embarassing.

It's the 13th most obese country in the world, mainly due to the poor diet of those living in the slums, however the people seemed incredibly friendly and family orientated in that particular documentary, which is nice.

I know a little about Argentina's political history, especially the Peronist era and all the furore after it.

I know they have a pretty cool soccer team coached by Diego Maradona who once helped Argentina win the World Cup under questionable circumstances (The whole Hand of God thing).

The Capital of Argentina is Buenos Aires, which is the second largest city in southern america.

The motto of Argentina is 'In Unity and Freedom', well, in English anyway. I can't speak or write Spanish.

Argentina's flag is kinda cool - light blue, white and a kind of Aztecian-style sun which, I think, also features in the coat of arms...

It's government is a Federal Presidential Republic like the U.S., and the President is Cristina Fernández

And... That's all I know about Argentina.

Fought the UK and learned why a Navy and modern aircraft are important.
Legalised gay marriage.
Is a perceived major if not super power if I remember properly.
Pretty sure the majority of Argentinian's skin-tone is more ''white'' than most of South America.

Apparently, you have the best beef in the world.

You also cook it in a way that is in demand world-wide. Something about wood...

I know the Brits had a small undeclared war with you and you lost after starting it. I think. Don't hate me if that's wicked biased.
