What do you like to do at the beach?

So what do you (fav) like to do at the beach when you're there?

I like beach volleyball or eating an ice cream, followed by some fish n chips. I'm not a huge fan of actually swimming when I'm at the beach... that's where the whales poo you know. Plus I have a pool at home.

Lots of things... when I lived on the sea front at uni I liked to jam with my band mates, eat pizza, drink and have fun round a fire, surf, admire the art history students tanning.

I dont go to beaches. I dont like sand. I dont like salt water. I dont like people staring.

Ever since then I have refused to enter any natural body of water.

I am not a big fan of crowded beaches and being English I've got nothing to worry about. Not only do we not have proper beaches but the few that we pass off as "beaches" are never populated with people.

So hypothetically if I was in a nice, warm, quiet beach I would just lounge about in the water and relax. Unless of course this hypothetical beach was in Australia..in which case I won't relax in the water.

My favorite beach activity is getting in the car, and leaving the beach. Preferably going to a beach front burger joint. Watching the beach and the water? That's cool. Being on the beach? The hell with that.
