Getting angry. No seriously, hear me out.
I don't get angry very often, I'm too lazy to find things to be angry at a lot of the time. So every now and again, if something like a bull-plop game or a stubbed toe gets you down, it's nice to just let it all out every once in a while.

That and Final Fantasy XIII. It's got to the point I'm not actually buying new games for a while because I know that I'll just go back to Final Fantasy.
