OT: Winter in warm pjs. Summer in a tissue thin nightgown. I always need to cover my stomach or it feels weird and vaguely sick when I wake up.
I prefer a light t-shirt and a pair of comfy ruggers shorts. I own several, for the express purpose of sleeping in them. In winter I tend to change the shorts for tracksuit pants. It gets cold here in Coffs Harbour in winter, down to the low single degrees, and our heater is broken. Not that it wold be much use if it were working, the power bills went up AGAIN and I couldn't afford it last year!
Just a shirt and some boxers. I used to sleep in a hammock but I fell out and hit my head on the bar too many times.
Just boxers, I don't sleep naked because I figure I'd have to change the sheet more often, though obviously if I've had sex I do. For more information I sleep with two doonas (or duvets) and no top sheet. I don't use an electric blanket because I hate the unnatural heat feeling.
A witty T-Shirt and some pyjama pants.

I sleep naked. I toss and turn a lot at night so if I wear anything it normally get bunched up around my junk and the discomfort sometimes wakes me up. Plus, I don't really like waking up with a wedgie and my nuts twisted up into a balloon animal just because the elastic decided it wanted to get intimate.
Nothing, all year round.
I only wear anything if i've got mates staying round or im staying round someone else's house, and even then i only wear my boxers.
Heck if i had my own house i probably wouldn't put any clothes on unless i had to =P

Sometimes if it's hot I'll take off the T-shirt.

my pajama bottoms with nothing underneath, I usually put a top on if its winter...but usually with nothing on...
Boxer and a vest when I go to sleep. I not sure why I sleep with a vest but my chest feel weird if I try to sleep without it. The only time I do sleep without the vest is if I had sweat too much inside my blanket (if I somehow got really hot).
