Very true, but unfortunately there is no definite way to do so. I don't necessarily have a problem with children themselves being on the internet, it's just the risks of exposing themselves to something... well... quite harmful is huge.

Education about it is what's needed, but not fear-mongering over PEDOPHILES, RAPISTS AND PORNOGRAPHY THAT ARE HIDING IN EVERY CORNER! Half the time, people are exposed to that, it's their own fault, and I'm afraid it occurs from a lack of knowledge of what the internet is capable of.

I honestly reckon people should be taught what anonymous is before they start using the internet, that way it makes them think twice before doing something stupid on the internet.
