What do you wear to parties?

Typically, jeans and a tee shirt, occasionally with an open button-down shirt over it if the mood strikes me.
A party dress, usually my black H & M black silk knee length modern shift with a corset belt, stockings and bright green pumps. Endymion Collective chunky jade fish necklace w/red, torquoise beads & pearls.
Or, my slinky black/purple/green knee-length dress, which hugs your curves with a straight across neckline & thick black satin straps with a black satin bolero jacket & 5 inch black alligator gladiator pumps. Simple small platinum necklace & bracelet set & diamond earrings.
Or if it's just a kegger with some buds, light purple silk scoop-neck top, pitch black skinny jeans with applique on the pockets, silver cuff bracelet, silver pendant necklace, & brown leather riding boots.

It depends on how good I want to look. The last party I went to I wore a shirt, leather jacket and jeans. A shirt and jeans is usually standard for me at a party, because it's casual yet formal enough so I look nice without look over or under dressed. I've also worn a suit with a T-shirt and a trilby to one party. I was horribly overdressed compared to everyone else, but I looked damn fine.
Very similiarly, I only own 2 pairs of jeans and a bunch of T-shirts(which I only wear a few of). On the rare occasion that I do go out to socialise...I just pick the cleanest.Casual Shinji said:

Depends how fancy the party is... But usually i will just throw on a pair of skinny jeans or chinos with a shirt and iam ready to go!

Pirate hat, eyepatch, cut off my leg prior to party, nail wooden peg in, bring Blunderbuss, and just wreak havoc. (Frock coat, with long red beard, of course.)
