In year 8, I created[footnote]See where this is going?[/footnote] animations on powerpoint and adopted the nick name. I added the "002" when the name was taken on Xbox Live. The number comes from when I wanted to be a spy and my chosen number was that.

I picked this name cos I'm weird. Its a warning. If you see someone dressed as a bear for Halloween, watch ouf, it could be a mischievous wolf planning to maul you to death

Mine is a reference to The Antichrist by Friedrich Nietzsche. I made this account back in 2009 and had just finished reading said book. Like so many angsty teenagers before me, I had an obsessive fascination (read: borderline worship) with anything written by him. It was quite silly, really.

No idea. It's just a silly one that I thought of one day and have had it for a while now. I'm going to change it to something game of thronesy soon though.

It's a reference to a little-played or known game called Septerra Core where the 'ancient hero' was a powerful god-like being named Marduk, he's referred to as Lord Marduk sometimes by his direct descendants.

Unfortunately the first time I used the name it was taken, since then I've had multiple chances to seize the correct spelling first but honesty, I don't really want to. I used Mardok too many times ^_^

Zachary means "God Remembers" and Amaranth is a weed. Ergo, my name means "God Remembers Weed."

>.>

It's just my stage name. The above has nothing to do with it.

Mine is a How I met your Mother reference. It is one of Barney Stinson's (Neil Patrick Harris) many glorious fake names.

Funnily enough an explanation of this was one of the very first posts I ever made on these forums:

OmniscientOstrich said:
Verbose rant ahead: My username is a bit of an oxymoron. An ostrich is a creature known to be increadibly thick, so I'm not indicating the creature itself is omniscient but rather implying encompassing onlookers have erroneously labelled it as such (lets say ostriches can talk for the sake of this rant). It's a jab at those who see profundity in simplistic, vague or otherwise arbritiry writing/logic. I kind of developed this attitude while studying English at school, especially when looking at poetry where every word would have to be meticulously analysed for some kind of deeper meaning. It wasn't that I felt the authors were inarticulate (not all of them anyway), but I just felt things were getting a bit ridiculous when we were looking at the significence of words that were clearly only used as connectives. I'm also rather fond of alliteration.
In short, the name is a jab at people who read too much into things, whilst ironically requiring you to do the same in order to educe such a cryptic meaning from those two words, which I guess I didn't really think about at the time. XD Though I think it sounds kind of cool on it's own at any rate. :3

"Pebblig" was a name my Mum was gonna use for a cat (just she spelt it with one "b"). It randomly came up in conversation and I found that it isn't used by anyone else, so it's nice to have a unique name on the internet as it means I have a bit of continuity from site to site.

My name is Leigh, and I like cakes. The irony being that I recently developed lactose intolerance and can no longer eat them. Ahh! :(
