It also refers to the theory that only someone without sight could become a true master of kung-fu.

how do you pool stalking?

Zoning. Each zone has a collective member assigned and any stalking target wandering into the zone gets stalked by that member. It far more efficient and allows us to utilise the skills of individual stalkers to their maximum potential.
