Well, it's already destroyed the frames on this page. Imagine how much more power it will have after it is allowed to expand even further.

There was something about ripping a hole into subspace and consuming the world or something, I'll admit, I didn't pay it much heed.

It will not suck the earth into a black hole. Saying it will is wrong on multiple layers, like an onion. It is fractally wrong, wrong at every conceivable level.

It won't make a black hole - collisions of these energies happen all the time in the upper atmosphere with no black holes.

The blackhole will decay via hawking radiation
->Even if it doesn't:
It'll be so weak it'll pass straight through the Earth
->Even if it doesn't:
It'll be too weak to do anything.

The LHC will not make a black hole. It will not tear a hole in time. It cannot be used as a weapon. It is not sabotaging itself from the future.

Well, I can't really speak for child rapists or w/e - those people are probably somehow mentally disturbed because of a reason not even psychology can explain.

In regards to general retardation; it's a combination of our extensive knowledge holding the weaker strains of evolution alive and the way our society works in that people are forced to 'get a job' they don't like to make money so that they have small amounts of spare time to do what they actually like. This system inevitably means that 90% of the 'working class' people will be eating out of their nose because they half-ass a job they don't like while the other 10% who are in the right place have to run the entire company. Which in turn leads to a completely stressed out 10% and a so thoroughly bored 90% that both groups are capable of extreme things.
