I'd like to have the whole Predator arsenal (weapons and equipment) from the Predator movies/games/books along with the mini-mech from District-9.
People have already said it, but the Portal Gun is all it would take to make me happy. Plus the leg braces that Chell wears.

Saw 'Iron Man suit' as I was scrolling to the reply to thread area. Made me think for a second, but I agree--it'd be sweet to be able to fly and stuff...
