Dude, if you want to die with little consequence, you would absolutely love Rapture from Bioshock. There is literally NO consequence at all.

TV: The Whoniverse (Doctor Who)
Book: The Whoniverse (Doctor Who)
Movie: The Whoniverse (Doctor Who)
Game: Rachet and Clank's Universe thingie. But only because the only Doctor Who game is a silly top trumps one

it sucks that nobody had said this before but if One could be in the Star Trek universe the Holodecks should amply take care of any other universes you might want to be a part of with a lesser risk to one's life.

Diskworld (Google it!) It's like every other fantasy world, except everyone has a sense of humor.
I would chose this universe too, but would be worried that I would not be witty enough to survive that long!

Mass Effect :)
I like them space operas, and at least people can get laid in that universe.
(And there are guns with infinite ammo!)

Iain M. Banks' Culture, no contest.
Indeed. For a start, everything everyone else said could comprehensively be simulated by Culture tech, and that's if you get bored of the inherently sybaritic plethora of lifestyles the Culture has to offer.

Realistcally thinking, because I know 4/5 people would certaintly not fight in a fantasy game, I wouldn't, so I would like to live in the Skate 2 universe, because there is no crime, just skaters or Fable 2, just because apparently no one washes and there is no trash or poo on the roads and it is always summer.

the books of fire and ice. I would love to be a Tyroshi swordsman or a Shade.
