If you've walked out of a movie or sat through a terrible film out of the principle of having paid for it, what was it?

Personally, I sat through A Perfect Storm in the cinema out of the interest of being sociable. In hindsight the time and money could have been much better spent.

I hated to see the preview for hte GI Joe movie.
If it had been anything else it would have been a kickass movie trailer but the fact that it's GI Joe (not to mention the lame series they have now) kinda shades it a confusing color.
Transformers did a live action movie that was considerable but GI Joe?!

Ultraviolet. That movie looked good but was just terrible. I try to stay away from bad movie and do pretty well but I was forced to pick a movie to go see and that looked like the best one on the list (it was a terrible list).

Funny story about me and this movie: Not only was I forced to see the whole movie (couldn't walk out when it was forced by my mother to be our "bonding time") in the theater. When it came out on DVD my girlfriend at the time asked if I wanted to come over to watch a movie. She broke up with me as I got there and I stayed for the movie because I said I would watch the movie with her (i try to keep to my word). It was then that I learned that the movie she had in mind was Ultraviolet. Worst eternity of my life @_@.

I didn't pay to see it, but I hated "War of the Worlds".
I'm not sure if it was a remake or something, but I still want to shoot the screaming brat.

I've never walked out of a film. Seriously, why would you pay money and not see it all the way to the end?

As a result, I've watched some pretty crappy movies all the way through! Worst film so far? Charlie's Angels 2. My girlfriend wanted to watch it, and Lucy Liu is hot, so I thought "what the heck, how bad can it be?"

It can be bad. Very bad. Like having a tooth drilled, without anaesthetic, in the dark, by a blind no-armed alcoholic with the shakes.

Lucy Liu was still hot though.

Disaster Movie made me want to gouge my eyes out with penises. I saw it on YouTube for free. It was the first movie I ever turned off because it was so bad.

That movie did have a terrible ending. I am sad to say that it is the most likely scenario of how humans would win against an invading alien species. It felt like a dues ex machina. I would have liked "and the aliens went away because they realized they had the wrong planet" better than it's actual ending.

Dragon Wars... possibly the worst movie ever...

Also the Feast Trilogy.
Oh my god, Dragon Wars! That was on TV like a week ago. While I was watching it, I was trying to imagine the meeting where the screenplay writer pitched it to the studio.

"OK, so we've got like massive dragons and shit, going mental on screen."

"Great! Loving it! What else?"

"Erm... Some retards dressed like bad cos-players, speaking the worst dialog ever written in English."

"Super! Anyone with big tits?"

"Yeah! Well, not that big. And she can't act."

"Great! Here's a bag full of cash!"

"Wahay! Heroin for everyone!"

Of course it was a remake. Have you never heard of War of the Worlds at all?
Apparently not...
I can make an assumption that the original beat up the remake, stole it's wallet and then threw it's own coins at it?
In other words, "was it better"?

Any movie with "movie" on the end where the previous word isn't "scary" and the number on the end isn't 1 or 2 is usually massively bollocks :p
And Meet The Spartans, for that matter... oh GOD how terrible that was. I think it had one joke that got a brief smirk... then for the rest of the film... gay jokes. Nice.

I hated "War of the Worlds" also. I payed to see that God Awful piece when it was released. 10,000 B.C. also sucked ass, and Evan Almighty was pretty bad!

Showgirls...

The only thing keeping in that movie was Jessie Spano's copious amount of nudity.

Twilight, my idiot brother dragged me to it promising an epic fight scene and an intense story. All I saw was sparkly pussified 'vampires' with huge plot holes and only 3 minutes of action that ended too quickly.
