From the legal ones, only hard copies. CS:S is the only game I download through Steam and I even got that as a hard copy (with HL2).

Most of my PC games are from Steam, my console games are almost exclusively hard copy.

I tend to buy hard-copies if I can, mainly because of the installation time compared to MY download time. But it's also just nice to own the box and stuff. I do make exceptions when the game is cheaper digitally or exclusively digital.

I only have a few digital copies the rest are hard copies. I Also I tend to buy hard copies of my digital games later if I can find cheap copies. I'm not really into digital game copies.

I usually get discs, but I would love to get digital copies, so I can try out my nice new 250gb hard drive for my 360. I just need a transfer cable....

Console games are pretty much all hard copies except for FF7 and Dark Mist.
Last PC game I bought a hard copy of was L4D2, downloaded L4D, CS:S and Killing floor.

I have a couple games downloaded on my PS3, everything else is hard copies. I like having the disc and packaging.

Depends on the game. If it's something I think I'll be wanting to play again in the future then I find a hard copy (Example: Dragon Age), if it's something I'll likely only play once or which requires online to function anyway then I might as well purchase through an online service (Example: Left 4 Dead 2).

Then there are the deals I just can't turn down like the King's Bounty deal a few days ago on Steam. That was just too good to pass up.

Old arcade titles and SNES games that cannot be bought around the local area.

Maybe I should get to actually playing them someday.
