Well, let's see... Right now I have Spore, Fallout 3, Mass Effect and Dead Space on my PC. So what game am I playing now? You guessed it: Diablo 2. I've played D2 for more hours in this past week than I've logged on those other four games in a month. Yes, I keep notes. Or rather, my roommates do.

I don't know if this fact speaks more about the games themselves than it does about me, but I have a feeling I'll soon find out. :p

Don't worry about repetition, I know a lot of people here complain about repetitive posts but nobody makes them click on it; besides we have to have a new one of these every month or so.

My answer:

Dawn of War 2
&
Noby Noby Boy

Both I recommend.

Just finished GOW 2 and can't stand waiting for GOW3. Not even kidding I bought a ps3 this weekend just so I could have it to play GOW3 when it comes out! Until then the new prince of persia, and then possibly going back and replaying sands of time just because it is amazing!

Albion is a really good game and nostalgic. Bought it when I was a kid and still have it around.
Never managed to play it through though. Always got stuck after the second boat travel.
Without a journal it gets hard to keep track of what you are after. I agree with the reviewer, the story is great and really sucks you in.

It is a beautiful remnant from the time developers didn't concentrate every last particle of resources to making an eye blindingly realistic engine, but actually gave time to developing characters and making a really immersive storyline.

It's a bit like comparing the ancient Greek culture with all their innovations and sophisticated art to modern art, which is essentially flotsam in a toilet made out of cigarette butts (in terms of story and interesting characters and enviroments).

Tom Clancy's Endwar.

The most fun I've ever had with strategy, and home to the hardest achievement I've ever seen or heard of. The kicker is that it only nets you 30 points for pulling that off (Silver trophy for the PS3, I think.)

I am slowly working my way through Silent Hill 2, which fails in so many ways as a game. Great story and atmosphere though, but I sincerely think it would have worked better as another form of medium.

Re-Playing Super Metroid several times. I want to move onto Metroid Prime but whenever I do I get killed and loose all enthusiasm. So bloody long between save points and the space pirates suddenly have weaponry copied from that of samus. After that, MP2 and MP3 are sitting on the shelf, unplayed.

I'm playing Fallout 3, Team Fortress 2, Thief Gold, and Empire: Total War Demo; eagerly awaiting the full game.

The only game I have been playing for the last 3 weeks is Valkyria Chronicles. I don't find the game repetitive, for some reason.

I just got Civilization 4 a couple weeks ago. I will probably stick with that until Empire: Total War has been out for a while and they get the bugs worked out.

Oblivion.

I've had it for 360 since it was released, but just recently got a PC that could play it, so I decided to get the GOTY and try it out with mods. I had no idea how much the console players are missing out.
