I'm actually playing a piece of shovelware as well. A Japan only title called Crucis Fatal Fake. It's a bad fighting game with characters from a good VN. The sound is the only thing I can honestly say is good, but I'm kind of a fanboy so I keep playing it because I like the characters so much.

Mass Effect, for what must be my seventh playthrough. It's the first time I've played as an Engineer, the second time I've started from scratch on Insanity, and I'm enjoying myself. That, and I'm switching back and forth between Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit.
