Halo Reach.

I know, everyone and their grandma is practically saliviating for it, but it seems nice, looks like Bungie are trying to make an effort for once (jokes...)

CoD Black Ops seems interesting, for that very reason, Black Operations, but no doubt it will be pretty samey compared to the other CoD games after seeing the same thing for like 10 years (slight exaggeration.)

EDIT: Wow after reading this post back I seem like such a downer...

Portal 2, because everybody and a bag of Combos is gonna buy it. And I have a feeling that because of this, it's not gonna live up to the sky-high expectations.

Limbo, since it just looks amazing. Crazy violent without real graphicness, beautifully simple, and the pre-release reviews say it's pretty much the best Live Arcade game ever.

And finally, just for good measure, Half-Life 2: Episode Three.
