Nintendo have recently announced remake of pokemon gold and silver for the DS.
What other games would you like to see from the Game Boy era (original all the way to the GBA) remade for the DS? What features would you like to see on the second screen?

None. I hate alot of the DS features. And any remake would obviously tack em on and ruin em. I still much love my SP. I just hope it is not my last gameboy, but the DS seems to want that to happen.

a 2-d metroid game but with 3-d graphics like new super Mario brothers would be kinda cool
A good idea, but that'd be more of a cosmetic overhaul than anything to take advantage of a 'revolutionary' platform. Having said that, I'd still buy it.

Golden Sun, or a Metroid game, or another Castlevania. Take your pick.

Isn't that exactly what a remake is.

Pokemon Silver (I know I'm a nerd for saying so, but I still would love to see Silver to come back with a graphic update.)

I've been saying the same thing for quite a while. Make it happen, Nintendo!

Pokemon Gold/Silver. And they have been announced. Hooray!

I never really played much else on my gameboy though, maybe Megaman Battle Network, but that was about it.

Possibly, but Nintendo's remakes tend to involve more than a little reimagining as well.

Well if you say that you could just slap a two at the end and call it a sequel.

Not really. There's a fairly distinct line between slight reimagining and full-on rennovation.
