What game did you first hear the F-bomb in?

Um... uh... it's been a while, and it's remarkably ubiquitous in modern M-rated games (it makes them 'edgy' or something). At the absolute least, the first time I played a GTA game, but it may have been somewhere closer to Half-Life 2--and before you all cry out that such words never appear in the game, Valve cleverly hid it by purposefully making it much quieter and loudly dropping rubble at the same time.

...Probably Resident Evil 5, which is ironic because it's the only Resident Evil game to have anyone say fuck.

...yeah I hadn't played many M or higher games before that. Aside from that, GTA4 has the most f-bomb drops in a game I own.

Not a fucking clue. I seem to recall it being said a lot when I watched a mate play some RTS in the 90s with a lot of robots, but I don't remember much more about the game. I've never really noticed the language in videogames unless it's surprised me, usually by sounding forced in, or the use of the word ****.

Because the older you get, the more swearing loses it's novelty, and the more likely you are to self censor unless you actually mean it.
