Dead Space after you play through it a few times and your ripper is fully upgraded. What can make you feel more badass than shooting an alien walking corpse with a saw blade that stays in place 20 feet in front of you?

Oh, and also Fallout 3. It feels so badass to shoot a mutie in the face with a bolt of electricity then turn around and hit a giant scorpion with a sledgehammer.

Fallout 3, by level 30 you are untouchable. Even Behemoths are a distraction more than a threat.

GTA4 has a selection of badass moments. Just recently I've been playing The Lost and Damned, and it's difficult not to feel awesome whilst riding around as part of a gang then blowing an enemy convey to hell with a sawn-off shotgun. I have to mention a part of GTA4 as well;

When you have to rescue Roman from some gang, and Niko shouts, 'I'm leaving here with Roman!'. I was certain Roman wouldn't be in their care much longer...

Having a huge killstreak in any multiplayer game is badass too.
