I can't compare with the contributors above me, but I've probably spent a couple hundred hours on Pokemon (various versions), and close to 30 hours on Persona 3 Portable, as well as Mass Effect 2.
Edit: I should add Tekken 6 (PSP) and Crisis Core--roughly 30 hours on each.

I had a lot of time on WoW, but I stopped playing that more than a year ago. Number 1 now is Mass Effect 2 with 139 hours, then Mass Effect with 91 hours. I'm pretty sure DA:O is next, but I didn't buy it on Steam so I don't have an easy measurement at hand. My guess is that's sitting at 90 hours, and I just started another playthrough. Behind those three, Saint's Row 2 and GTA4 round out the top 5, both with about 50 hours.
About 500 or so hours of EVE Online. Being the highest logged amount since I've been using XFire/Raptr starting from about 4-5 years ago.
If I had to guess what would be more, it would probably be EverQuest 1 at the turn of the millennium. Played a lot of that with my friends. First real 3D online world, woot. Probably have 700+ hours on that. About a decade ago... time flies.

I probably put a lot of hours into RuneScape as it was the only MMORPG I played for a few years, glad I've stopped now anyway, it got boring after the quests dried up.

I don't know the stats, but probably Diablo II. I'm 16, and I've been playing it since I was 7 or 8. God I love that game.
I don't really know, I guess I don't tend to spend more than 70-80 hours on a good game (assuming it has that much play time, or else whatever its playtime is), some games i'll keep coming back to like L4D, baldurs gate, kotor, counter strike: those are going to have a few hundred hours each, I guess the most possibly is on one of the last three, i'm pretty sure I spent at least 300 hours playing kotor, at least, and as for baldurs gate..
well lets just say I beat it with every character type at least twice (varying sex or alignment, or both) plus many more times besides with different parties or even solo on three or four occasions. I beat it solo as a thief, a warrior, and a mage that I can remember... of course when I say i beat it I mean i got to the last fight, you can't win that fight solo and certainly not as a mage as the main baddie is completely immune to magic!
Anyway so i'm guessing 500+ on baldurs gate.
its very difficult to even give ballpark estimates for some of these games though because, to be frank I played baldurs gate over 10 years ago and my memory simply isn't that good
as for counterstike, well i've been playing it on and off since version 1.4, I remember when version 1.6 came out (along with steam) I took a few weeks off work and played solidly the whole time (much to the annoyance of my then girlfriend).
