Fallout 3. I wish I could have that opening sequence, which in my opinion is one of the best intros in a game, again.

WoW. Pretty much 95% percent of the 6 years i've spent playing that game has been an attempt to recapture the magic of the first time i did X.

As for Red Dead. It still remains to this day the only game that has ever moved me to tears. For me to get that emotion again would make me complete.
This. That game was probably the most emotionally invested I've ever been in a video game. The first time crossing into Mexico, when 'Far Away' kicks in, the sun setting beautifully over the horizon, was honestly the greatest feeling a game has ever given me.

[sub]Psst, careful, the mods will get you for low content. Edit in some words.[/sub]

OT: The lack of Zelda: OoT in this thread makes me sad. So, OoT.

Yeah, they were tears of rage for me, and getting revenge finally was made that much sweeter by it.

Man, what a wonderfully written game/story.

Bioshock, for the entrance to Rapture with Andrew Ryan's speech.

Fallout 3, exiting the Vault, (the music really sets the mood.)

Portal. Just all of Portal, from the puzzles to the jokes and the the ending.

If I had only one choice it would be Portal, That game is amazing.

Lost odessey , i wish i could read all the thousand years of dreams for the first time . The story in that game was spectacular , the short-stories in that game was nothing short of amazing . Sure a lot of people thing that it was just too long to read , but if you read them and put yourself in kaims shoes , then you would feel the pain he endures by being immortal .
I totaly agree with you there. I remember thinking when the first dream story came up "what is this crap? this game is already starting off slow and now they expect me to sit here and read?" By the end of it i was actualy teary eyed by how sad it was lol. First time any game made me feel like that in its opening 30 minutes. All the thousand year dreams are so well written and bitter sweat.

For me Parasite eve is a good one. I first got it and because it was an import I couldn't play it for years it just stayed there mocking me. Finally got around to playing it and loved every minute.

Also Alice: Maddens returns would be good to play again with a fresh perspective. I played the label off that game.

World of Warcraft
I remember when I started playing over six years ago. It was the first MMO I had ever played, and I had never seen anything like it before. The feeling of awe was constantly present and I loved every moment of it. Ended up playing from 10am to 5am pretty much every day for a year since I was on a sabbathical from school. Lost my friends, my girlfriend and my ability to function socially, but it felt totally worth it then.
These days I don't have much love for WoW.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I want to go through that story again without knowing the twist to end all twists.

Final Fantasy 8, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and the Mass Effect Series (I can only be glad that it's just 4 more months to 3!).
