Megaman X, Metal Slug 1-5, Kunio's Eulogy, and Hotel Dusk... But that last one was more of a feeling of "wow, that was a great game."

I thought Deus Ex would, but it didn't really. I was disappointed that there was no epic boss fight with the Big Bad.

EDIT: Ah wait, no. After watching Yahtzee's latest review and his comment on the final boss fight in Deus Ex (nice coincidence there), I realise now that it was supposed to be equally accessible to non-combat types.

Makes sense.

Professor Layton. After every puzzle I beat I always felt proud of myself. Even the easy ones... I mostly felt good because I didn't look up the answers on the internet.

Pretty much every Final Fantasy game.

Clearing a Fire Emblem game with zero casualties makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Killing a raid boss for the first time on WoW.

Two-manning a relevant, same-level-as-us 10-man raid boss with my friend on WoW.

And....

Legend of Zelda. Finishing some of the harder puzzles and hearing that little jingle makes me feel incredibly accomplished.
I agree. I love that little jingle sooooo much.
